Returns and Exchanges:
all made to order pieces are final sale. most of the vintage items we offer are pre-loved and come with signs of a previous life.

if you are unsure about the fit, size, color, or anything else feel free to email us before you buy. we want you to be 100% satisfied and love your new item as much as we do!

Shipping:
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. We’re a small company and we appreciate your patience as we carefully pack your orders. Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be shipped, and 5-7 days during holidays and promotions.

we gladly accept returns or exchanges for online purchases within 10 days of delivery.

merchandise must be returned with original tags and packaging, unwashed, unworn and without alterations.

to return an item, please send items pre-paid and insured to:

when returning an item for a refund, please make sure to include your initial order number, full name and contact information.

because of the limited nature of our products, if you are interested in making an exchange, we recommend sending an email to us at PardonMyHindi@gmail.com for confirmation that your desired size and item for exchange are in stock. upon receipt of a confirmation email, please send your original merchandise, unwashed, unused and without alteration, to us at the address above. there will be a $10 charge for shipping and handling for all exchanges. please include a check or approval of these charges with your item.

imogene + willie will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery. when your item is received, we will credit the card used to make the original purchase. please allow 3 business days for a return or exchange to be processed once it arrives at our facility. please note shipping and handling charges are not refundable. we reserve the right to refuse the return of washed, worn and damaged items, or any item returned after 30 days from original delivery.
